Description
This is the original study revealing the new
'DGRP3' set of 1037 DGRP lines. 1012 of these new lines are available in
Bloomington and 204 were Whole Genome Sequenced (WGS) for GWAS analysis.
The raw WGS sequencing data is available from SRA (PRJNA1139241), however, the processed and filtered VCF file used in the publication is
NOT available from the publication nor associated github repos...
